Cleve earned his bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science and Psychology from Fordham University (Incursu Honorum). He pursued an MS degree in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Cleveland Clarke's experience includes offering seminars and workshops to numerous corporate and governmental clients. He has over 20 years of teaching, training, and speaking experience in a variety of settings in the U.S. with diverse learners in academic, business, manufacturing, non-profit, and military settings. Mr. Clarke has worked extensively with workforce issues in a variety of capacities. For the past several years, Mr. Clarke has been widely acknowledged as a leading expert in cultural and organizational integration.
