Laura has an undergraduate degree in Education and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and a Master's Degree from Harvard University.

Professional Experience
Laura Kangas is a designer, facilitator and strategist of organizational and individual change and development. Her clients have included Fortune 100 companies, government agencies, non-profit organizations, law firms, medical industries, universities and financial institutions.

Laura's values include; customized client focused consulting and custom design - as well as a commitment to continued growth, development and leading edge technology. She has a strong commitment to collaboration with colleagues and other consulting firms. Diversity has been an area of specialization for over the past 18 years. Laura's company, Riverbend, was established in 1987.

Ms. Kangas is an adjunct faculty member at several colleges and universities. She believes in lifelong learning and continuous personal and organizational growth and development.

Insight to Laura
Travel - whether it is physical, philosophical or intellectual - is a passion for Laura. At the age of 25, she took a trip around the world, and hasn't stopped traveling yet! She loves the outdoors, sports, winter, watching her children grow, and working for peace on Earth. The greatest gift to Laura's life has been her two daughters, who were born in mainland China, and who have all adopted each other.
