She received her Bachelor of Science in Ed. Degree from Southwest Texas State Univ. (San Marcos, TX) in Management Education. She has completed graduate-level training and certification in Organization & Systems Development from the Gestalt Institute (Cleveland, Ohio) and in Systems Design and Organization Behavior from Our Lady of the Lake College (San Antonio, Texas). She is certified in Thinking and Learning Styles theory and its application to leadership and diversity.

A respected leader and accomplished speaker, Rosaura has expertise in executive and management leadership, business and team performance, diversity utilization, change and human resource management. She has vast experience in designing, developing & delivering organization initiatives that integrate these disciplines toward organization performance and competitive advantage. She enjoys working at the individual, small group & systems level, focusing on employee empowerment, development & retention through coaching & mentoring, in Spanish and English, in the areas of: leadership and promotability development, managing one's productivity through organization change, strategies for bridging generational gaps and new hire productivity strategies.
