A graduate of Spelman College with a degree in Political Science, Robin also earned a Masters of Science in Counseling and Psychological Services from Georgia State University. She is certified on a number of personality, behavioral, and career diagnostic instruments, including Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), RightPath profiles, and Management Research Group's Leadership Effectiveness Analysis and Personal Directions.

Professional Experience
Robin's broad professional background includes positions of significant responsibility in corporate human resources, external relations and economic development. Just prior to establishing her business, Robin managed Southern Company's career development program and was instrumental in the development of a highly effective career management workshop and interactive intranet site. In addition to her work as a diversity awareness facilitator and trainer, Robin provides executive coaching services to a number of corporations.
