Educational Experience
Sonia earned two Masters Degrees. She acquired an M.A. in Inter-Cultural Communication/Political Communication from the University of Hawaii where she was an international exchange student to Russia. She earned her second M.A. in Public Communication from the American University in Washington, DC. She continues to earn certifications from cutting-edge programs to keep her skills sharp and current.

Sonia Aranza brings tremendous insight to her work as a national keynote speaker, master trainer and management consultant specializing in Diversity, Cross-Cultural Communications and Personal Leadership. Sonia is highly experienced in the design and implementation of Diversity programs and has worked with numerous Fortune 100 companies and large federal government agencies across the country and the globe.
