Educational Experience
Sharon did her formal undergraduate studies in Psychology at UAB. Her Ph.D., however, is from the school of life. It is her practical, real world point of view that makes her a unique asset to the business.

Professional Experience
Since 1992, Sharon has been co-owner and the Vice President of Administration and Operations for J.O. Rodgers and Associates, Inc., the parent organization of The Diversity Coach™. In her role, she is responsible for the office operations, finance, scheduling, contracts, compliance, banking relationships, and client satisfaction. Prior to her role at JOR, she was a full-time homemaker. To her credit, five children and five grandchildren have been raised to be productive, contributing citizens.

Insight to Sharon
Sharon is the "soul" of the company. The professional staff often turns to her for counsel and unique insights when they get caught up in their own one-sided thinking. She maintains the culture of JOR by insisting that all associates put "family first". She is a voracious reader (reading more than three books a week) and moviegoer (expert at story plots).
