Coaching for Managers
The Diversity Coachâ„¢ offers a 6-month coaching process for managers. Through one-on-one attention, managers receive real-time feedback to enhance their ability to Manage Differently. The coaching process includes a pre- and post-assessment. In addition, the coaching is guaranteed: if the desired behavioral change has not been achieved, the coaching fee will be waived.
